Room 02 Ward - Panoramic irradiator room

The NIST calibrated panoramic irradiator is located in room 2 Ward Hall, and is used to calibrate personal dosimeters. The low radiation background room is also used to test and calibrate the light yield of new scintillators and the performance of new semiconductor detector materials and devices.
