Applied Computation Laboratory
The Applied Computation Laboratory provides an environment in which computation methods are applied to engineering problems.
Location: Durland 309 & 314
Description:
Each student working in the laboratory has office space and an individual computer workstation. Students are encouraged to interact and share common solutions to the research, teaching, and development of software. The focus is on real world engineering applications such as radiative heat transfer, simulation of turbine combustion, fluid flow in jointed rock, fatigue crack growth, feature based design and storage tank design criteria.
